Cranberry Pomegranate Power Parfait You’ve heard of power drinks, can there be a power parfait? I think so – this easy breakfast includes protein and micro-nutrients from yogurt and hemp hearts, antioxidants from cranberries, fiber from pomegranates, and immune-forces from citrus and baobab powder. And we even tucked some greens into this pink beauty! This could even be a dessert, it’s so fruity and fresh. Dessert for breakfast, has a nice ring, don’t you think?
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 handful romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp baobab (I use this brand)
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
Blend and serve chilled! Enjoy!
