Here I only soaked them a few hours, with a teaspoon of Mother’s apple cider vinegar (ACV), and then rinsed them heavily so they were no longer slippery. I spooned coconut yogurt on top and a variety of fruits. If you want to sweeten the groats, stir in a fruit compote or even a fresh juice.
