So pop in antioxidants! All berries are high in them, but those from South America, such as Maqui and Acai berries, have 4 times as much as the highest of the more traditional berry to us, the blackberry. So enjoy your healthy breakfast!
- 2 cups plant yogurt (or 3 frozen bananas)
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp Maqui powder (I use this brand)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 3 dates or 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Blend all the ingredients, pour into bowls, top with fruit, and I added a white-chocolate-coated bliss ball, recipe to come! Enjoy your antioxidant breakfast bowl!
