Sweet & Sour Pink Cranberry Parfait. This tangy smoothie is filling and has such an interesting flavor with the sweet of the cherry, merged with the sour of the cranberry! - 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 peeled zucchini
- 1/2 cup overnight oats (1/4 cup oats mixed into 1/4 cup nut milk overnight)
- 1/4 cup crush macadamia nuts
- 1 cup cashew yogurt (Here is my recipe)
Build the Parfait
Blend the pink smoothie, top with yogurt, macadamia nuts, cherries and cranberries! Serve chilled!
