Coconut Beet Green Smoothie Beets are rich in color and antioxidants, and combined with coconut water, cherries and chia, make this one of the healthiest smoothies known to man.
- 1 cup chopped chard
- 1 cup frozen dark cherries
- 1 cup chopped pear
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup raw beets, OR 1 tsp beetroot powder (I use this brand)
- 1 tsp chia
Throw small peeled beets raw into a blender or use beet powder. Enjoy the gorgeous color and rich nutrition.
