Lemon Raspberry Pomegranate Smoothie Bowl.
Lemon, Raspberry and Pomegranates make up the best fresh-tasting swirly breakfast. I used oat cream and swirled in raspberry puree, along with lemon juice and pomegranate juice, boosting the bowl with vitamin C and vitamin K, both which strengthen your immunity, clear skin, support bones and give you shiny hair! I also added zucchini to thicken the texture.
The oceans are in great danger. 80% of ocean waste originates from land. That’s more than 8 million tons of plastic “dumped” into the oceans each year. So NOW is the time for each one of us do better to create a positive change.

- 1-2 cups oat cream (blend until creamy 1 cup rolled oats + 1 cup water + 2 tbsp maple syrup + pinch cinnamon and vanilla powder)
- 1 cup squashed fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 peeled frozen zucchini
- Blend all until creamy. Add water to achieve creamier texture if necessary. Serve cold and pour leftovers into ice cube tray, to freeze overnight for future smoothies
