A Lassi (pronounced La-See) Drink is a traditional yogurt-based drink served typically as a dessert beverage in India. It is a cool blend of yogurt, water,and fruit. While the drink is normally white, I changed it up for breakfast today, using Mango and coconut yogurt for protein and fiber, and an array of superfoods to up the nutrition and garnishes including limes, kiwi, strawberries, mint and dragonfruit.
- 1 cups nut milk
- 2 cups frozen Mango
- 1 cup plant-based yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen orange slices
- 1 tsp Camu Camu powder (I use this brand)
- 1 tbls Baobab powder (I use this brand)
- 1/2 lemon
Blend it up and serve chilled!
