Step One

Make the crust using protein-rich and fiber-rich flours.

Step Two

Press into a pan, bake and chill.

Step Three

Blend up chocolate filling, pour and chill.

Step Four

Top with flaky salt. Slice with a knife dipped in hot water and wiped off.

Last Step

Enjoy! Store refrigerated for three days if you have any left over!
