White Tea Weight Loss Smoothie
- 1 cup white tea (steeped, cooled)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp beetroot powder
- 1 tbsp rosebuds (culinary, crushed)
- Steep tea.
- Blend all ingredients. Taste-test for sweetness, adding more maple syrup or your favorite sweetener to taste.
- Enjoy chilled!
