A bright morning citrus smoothie spiked with herbs and carrots to boost your immune system and energize your busy day. Made with two fruits, and fennel and celery, an interesting, flavorful smoothie.

Ingredients

oranges
or 2 cups of orange juice
¼
cup
lemon juice
½
cup
celery
chopped
½
cup
carrots
scrapped and chopped

cups
dairy-free milk
optional

fennel bulb
chopped

camu camu powder

Instructions
Prep
Chop off leaves and stalk of fennel bulb. Chop the white bulb in chunks. I usually use ¼ or ½ of the bulb in this recipe.
De-string the celery and wash well
juice 2 oranges
Make smoothie
Blend all ingredients, and taste test for sweetness. If you want it sweeter, add a bit more orange juice
Serve chilled.
