I made the chia pudding by blending 1 tablespoon chia seeds soaked in ½ cup nut milk with 1 tablespoon cacao powder and 1 teaspoon maple syrup. The berry sauce? A blend of frozen raspberries and avocado! Can you believe the avo didn't turn it green? I also added Lingonberry powder and a bit of lemon. Layer, and serve chilled! Enjoy!
