Ingredients

cashews
unsalted, soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes

rolled oats
gluten-free if needed
1 ½

dairy-free milk

nut butter

chia seeds

maple syrup
or two dates, pitted

cacao nibs
or chocolate chips

Instructions
Soak and rinse the cashews
Blend all ingredients until creamy.
Enjoy right away or refrigerator for 24 hours. Or freeze in ice cube trays to be blended again later.
