Ingredients

(15oz/425gms) white beans
(navy beans, organic & precooked - I have used Eden and Whole Foods 365 brand)
1
cup
frozen strawberries
½
cup
frozen orange cauliflower
(I have pre-steam it and used it raw - both ways work)
1
cup
frozen pineapple

Instructions
Rinse the white beans, blend until creamy.
Split mixture into two.
Blend strawberries into one half of mixture
Blend pineapple and cauliflower into the other half of the mixture.
Pour into molds, popsicle molds, mini-paper cups, even ice cube trays.
Freeze at least one hour - they thaw fast so keep them in the freezer until you are ready to eat this frosty treat right after your workout!
