Mix up all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) with a handmixer, stir in the chips by hand, then roll into 1 inch round bites, and refrigerate. I keep ours in an airtight container for about 1 week.
To make the smoothie,
Blend up the frozen bananas until smooth. Add in all other ingredients, and pour into bowls to serve immediately. As you see from my images, it melts fast.
