Vegan Bulletproof Coffee (butter coffee + tocos)

Vegan bulletproof coffee is the dairy-free version of the trending drink that involves adding quality fat to your coffee (coconut butter or oil in this version), which is said to trigger high energy, endurance and increased cognition

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Brew your coffee.
  • Stir in 1 tbsp coconut butter. It will be solid, but if the coffee is hot enough, it will melt as you stir. Do NOT microwave coconut butter or it will burn. If you must melt it, put the entire jar in a pot of just-boiled water.
  • Stir in the tocos and add-ins.
  • Foam some extra milk as an added touch (I used a hand-held foamer and hemp milk), and dust with cinnamon. Enjoy!
