½cupyogurt(I used cashew yogurt, use your favorite)
1tablespooncinnamon
Instructions
Make dragon fruit lime smoothie
Scrap the skin off the ginger and crush with a garlic press, or scrap with a grater. Add to a blender.
Peel the zucchini only roughly, chop and add that to those pieces to the blender. Add in all other smoothie ingredients and blend until combined.
Build jars with yogurt/buckwheat layers
To prepare buckwheat, rinse and soak overnight. Rinse again the next day, and either blend into a cream or just spoon soaked groats onto a layer of yogurt.
Pour the smoothie on to the layers and top with more groats, lime triangles and more. Keep chilled; eat within a day.
