Apple Cider Vinegar Shot
Stir ingredients in a glass or jar. These are your two shots.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne or black pepper, 6 tablespoons water
Pineapple Shot
Wash the ginger and chop roughly or measure out powder. Blend all ingredients and strain. Reserve the liquid as your shots.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, 1-inch, ¼ cup pineapple, fresh or frozen, ¼ cup water
Tarragon Shot
Wash fresh tarragon and fresh parsley, chop roughly and add to a mug. Then pour on ½ cup of hot water, let it steep covered for 20 minutes. Strain off the leaves and reserve the liquid as your shots. Let it cool before drinking.
¼ cup fresh tarragon leaves, ½ cup hot water, 1 sprig parsley
Beetroot Shot
Wash, peel and chop raw beets, or use beet powder. Add all ingredients to a blender jar, process and strain. Reserve the liquid as your shots.
⅛ cup raw beet, cleaned, peeled, chopped, pinch black pepper, ½ cup water
Goji Berry Shot
Pour ½ cup of hot water over ¼ cup goji berries, let sit covered 20 minutes, strain off berries, keep liquid, add your lemon juice. These are your shots.

1. Each recipe makes 4-6 ounces. You can drink one large shot, or divide into two shots, refrigerating the spare for 24 hours.2. Drink 1 shot a day on an empty stomach, in the morning preferably for fastest absorption.3. To make ahead, double or triple any recipe, and freeze the shots in ice cube trays. Refrigerate a cube in a glass overnight to thaw.
