Fruit sparkling water recipes that are refreshing and healthy and take sparkling water to a party level! It takes only minutes to create sparkling infused waters in flavors such as blueberries, lemon, mango, and even mint, sage and basil !
Add in one or two of the choices. Crush and muddle each choice first in a bowl before adding.
1 cup blueberries, 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup cherries, 1 cup mango, 1 lemon, 5-10 mint leaves, 5-10 sage leaves, 5-10 basil leaves
Cover and refrigerate for 15 at least. The water will be more fragrant and flavorful if you wait 15 minutes. And yes, you can eat the fruit as long as it seems fresh to you!

1. Unlike infused water, you can't wait hours to enjoy sparkling water, or the carbonation will disappear so be sure to enjoy after 15 minutes in the refrigerator.2.
