Put one cup of raw cashews into water and refrigerate overnight. Rinse the next day for use in recipe.
Make Popsicles
Throw all ingredients in blender except for spinach, avocado and matcha, blend smooth.
Split mixture in half. Add avocado and spinach and matcha to one half.
Pour the remaining white mixture into molds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Add the green mixture to the popsicle molds. Freeze for 15 minutes, insert sticks, freeze another 4 hours or overnight. To remove, dip mold in a pot of hot water and tug until they slide out. It's quite a process, don't let anyone tell you removing is easy. BUT once they are out, dip tips into nut milk, shredded coconut and eat!
