- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree I use this brand
- 1/2 cup zoodled zucchini
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Blend, top with yogurt, cinnamon, grated zucchini, a few walnuts and enjoy! Don't forget, tastes better with a glass straw!
