½ inch knob of ginger
Wash the surface of the lime in cold clean water, and chop in chunks, leaving peel. Slice in chunks.
1 lime
Wash the grapes in cold clean water in a colander, and toss any wooden stems. Cut them or not.
½ cup (85g) green grapes
Make Celery Juice
To use a juicer, feed chopped ingredients through the juicer machine's tube and process.
To use a blender, add chopped ingredients to a blender jar along with with 1 cup of water for about 1-2 minutes.
2 bunches celery, ½ inch knob of ginger, 1 lime, ½ cup (85g) green grapes, 1 cup (64g) water
Pour the mixture through a strainer. Press with a rubber spatula to squeeze out juice.
Drink. I like it better chilled, so I either drink it over ice or refrigerate for an hour or more before drinking.
Storing celery juice
Drink the juice right away, or save it in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours in the fridge or freeze in ice cube trays to blend up when convenient.
