Instructions
Make the Popsicles
Remove the skins and pits from the lychees. Juice the lemons.
Put all ingredients into a high speed blender. Freeze for ½ hour, insert sticks.
Freeze for 4 hours at least, dip the popsicle mold in a bowl of hot water and tug popsicles out. Store in a sealed container in the freezer.
