Freeze your base milk - used 1 cup of hemp milk because it is thick.However, you don't have to use frozen milk cubes - any normal smoothie base will do - a cup of banana, yogurt, tofu, even peeled zucchini.If you do use banana, freeze that overnight. If you use yogurt, tofu or zucchini, just chill it.
