No bake frozen strawberry protein bites are easy to make with just 2 ingredients including beans and strawberries, making a frozen snack high in protein and fiber, and fresh and fruity.
Open the can of white beans, and rinse them. Trim and wash the strawberries.
Pop them both in the blender. Blend up until creamy.
1 can (15oz/425gms) white beans, 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
Pour the mixture into molds or mini cupcakes papers.Freeze for 30 minutes (or longer depending on your freezer temperature) , remove from mold and eat!
Keep frozen for up to 3 months.
Notes
Possible sweetener. You might need to add a sweetener, such as 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Strawberries. Use fresh if possible. If you need to use frozen, be sure to taste test for sweetness.Beans can be substituted for the same amount of banana or yogurt.
