Base Sparkling Water Recipe
4cupsseltzer water(buy it or use the home sparkling water maker I link lower down)
1tbsBaobab powder(This superfood adds a citrus flavor and huge amounts of vitamin C, good for skin and immunity)
Choose One or Two Fruit/Veggies to Infuse
1cupblueberries(frozen and crushed; fresh, chopped, crushed)
1cupstrawberries(frozen and crushed; fresh, chopped, crushed)
1cupcherries(frozen and crushed; fresh, chopped, crushed)
1cupchopped mango(frozen and crushed; fresh, chopped, crushed)
Pour the seltzer water, ice and baobab into a pitcher. Add in one or two of the fruit/veggie/leaf choices. Stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour at least.
Of course you can drink it right away, but the water will be more nutrient-rich the closer to 12 hours you wait. And yes, you can eat the fruit as long as it seems fresh to you! Enjoy this sparkling treat!
