Notes
Refrigerated ginger juice lasts about two weeks in a sealed jar. To save it longer, freeze it in ice cube trays.Use ginger juice to make ginger shots, or just sip it straight or diluted, add seltzer water to make a healthy ginger ale, or use to make ginger beer or ginger tea.Make ginger powder. You can throw out the pulp, but if you want to use it, spread it in a pan and bake it at 150 F for three hours in the oven. Grind it into a powder in a blender or food processor.
