These gourmet edible cookie dough bites with chocolate chips are no bake, high in protein, and ready in 5 minutes. These chocolate chip cookie dough bites are an easy recipe with only 5 main ingredients. No heat treating of flour, eggless, safe to eat raw, and requires no chilling!
2cupsalmond flouror oat flour; no need to heat treat to eat raw
¼cupbutterI used dairy free or use nut butter
⅓cuppeanut butteror any nut butter
¼cupmaple syrup
½cupmini chocolate chips
¼teaspoonbaking soda
Optional
2tablespoonbrown sugarfor extra caramel flavor
1teaspoonvanilla
pinchof salt
Instructions
Mix Cookie Dough Bites
Add the maple syrup and brown sugar, if using, together in a bowl, and stir until sugar is dissolved.
¼ cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoon brown sugar
Make sure the butter is at room temperature, and then add in all other ingredients, except for the chips. You can cream it with a hand-mixer or a spoon.
2 cups almond flour, ¼ cup butter, ⅓ cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon baking soda, pinch of salt
Fold in the chips.

Mold Cookie Dough Bites
Mold the cookie dough bites into the shape you want.
To make round bites, roll two tablespoon into a ball and drizzle with melted chocolate.
To make tiny cubes, spread mixture onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, freeze two hours, and chop in ½-inch bricks. Freeze for frozen cookie dough bites.
To make cups, line cupcake papers with melted chocolate, chill to set. Then add a ball of dough, press flat and coat with more chocolate. Allow to set.
