Gather Ingredients
oats (quick oats or rolled oats)
milk
yogurt (almond milk)
chia seeds
lemon juice
maple syrup

Step 1:
Add all ingredients to a container. Temperature doesn't matter. Cold milk is fine.

Step 2:
Stir up the mixture briefly. You can add a flavors here, such as fruit or chocolate (see my recipe for other flavors) or you can wait and add them after chilling in case you change your mind.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
