Gather Ingredients rolled oats milk yogurt (almond milk) chia seeds lemon juice maple syrup cinnamon

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a container. Temperature doesn't matter. Cold milk is fine.

Step 2: Stir up the mixture briefly. You can add a a little cinnamon here, but I usually mix it all in after the oats have soaked.

Step 3: Cover the oats and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 4: When you are ready to eat, now is the time to add the cinnamon.
