Gather Ingredients oats (quick oats or rolled oats) milk yogurt (almond milk) chia seeds lemon juice maple syrup

Step 1: Add all ingredients to a container. Temperature doesn't matter. Cold milk is fine.

Step 2: Stir up the mixture briefly. You can add a flavors here, such as fruit or chocolate (see my recipe for other flavors) or you can wait and add them after chilling in case you change your mind.

Step 3: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
