Step 1: Mix wet and dry ingredients into a delicious batter. Choose your mix-in - for this story I chose mini chocolate chips.

Step 2: Scoop the batter into each muffin well. Use paper liners or grease and flour them.

Step 3: Either dot with mini chocolate chips, or mix the crumble top, butter, flour and sugar and spices and top with that. Or top with both.
