Step 1: Mix up the crust ingredients in a food processor or bowl.

Step 2: Press the crust into a pie pan rubbed with coconut oil or spray with cooking spray.

Step 3: Blend up pie filling, and pour into the crust. Chill until the pie sets.

Step 4: Pipe frosting rosettes on chilled pie, or add chocolate shavings. Serve! It's best served out of the fridge, but can sit out at room temperature for 2 hours (not hot sun)
