Step One

Choose your berries. I used blueberries and cranberries, but any mixed berries combination works. Berries and carrots should be frozen for a frosty drink.

Step Two

Add all ingredients to a blender. Use prewashed baby spinach or wash regular spinach well first.

Blend up the ingredients about 1 minute until creamy.
