My homemade hemp milk recipe is the base of this delicious jar, dressed with hazelnuts, and chocolate sauce. Hemp milk is one of the easiest homemade plant-based milks to make at home because the seeds do not require pre-soaking or straining, and relatively few hemp seeds are needed to produce a fair amount of milk
Add to a high-speed blender, the hemp hearts, water, salt, syrup and vanilla. Blend until creamy. Refrigerate as you would any milk for 5 days. Shake before enjoying as the solids may separate out.
Build a chocolate hazelnut jar
The night before, refrigerate the can of full-fat coconut milk. The next day, prep the jar by melting the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds, and paint the inside of the jar with melted chocolate.
Put the hazelnut butter into the bottom of the jar.Scoop out the harden portion of coconut cream and save the coconut milk for other recipes.
Add the coconut cream, and hemp milk to a blender. Blend until creamy.Top the mixture with things like whipped cream, more hemp hearts and crushed hazelnuts.
