Blend up all ingredients, add a bit of plant milk if the consistency is too heavy, and serve before the nicecream melts.
Or freeze in a tub, and serve later by scooping like ice cream. I added cardamom, which is a bit unusual for nicecream, but interesting and I am sure other spices would lift this frosty fun as well. We topped with rolled oats, cacao nibs and more berries.
