Instructions
Prep
Add milk to ice cube trays and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. If made ahead, store in freezer-safe bags for up to 3 months.
Make smoothie
Peel 2 very ripe bananas, Slice and add to blender.
2 bananas, sliced, not frozen
Add frozen milk ice cubes and the liquid milk.
1 cup frozen milk ice cubes,
¼ cup milk, not frozen
Add any optional ingredients.
Blend until creamy, about 1 minute.

Use mostly milk frozen in ice cube trays.
Drink the banana smoothie right away or store frozen in ice cube trays, and reblend after thawed.
