These Biscoff brownie balls are no bake, no dates, wholesome and made with only 4 ingredients. Instead of dates, I used maple syrup, making this healthy chocolate treat refined sugar free. These cookie balls are coated with melted chocolate chips and ready in 15 minutes.
Dip the balls into the cooled, melted chocolate. Either lower the balls and roll with two forks, or use two fingers to plunge the balls into the chocolate leaving the flat base free of chocolate.
Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and cinnamon mixture.
Cut and serve
Notes
Keep these brownie balls refrigerated for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.Texture Adjustment: Add a little milk if the mixture feels crumbly, or more flour if too sticky.
