Instructions
Crust
add ingredients into a bowl, mix and press into loaf pan lined with parchment paper, with the two long sides hanging over.
¾ cup almond flour, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 3 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 tablespoon milk, pinch of salt
Whipped filling
add ingredients to a bowl, whip until creamy.
4 oz cream cheese, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 3 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour filling onto crust and freeze until solid, about 30 minutes. Slice into 8 bars, top with chocolate frosting rosettes and enjoy.

Storage: Store refrigerated uncovered or in a roomy sealed container for 24 hours. Or freeze for 2 months, individually wrapped.To top with chocolate rosettes: Use your favorite homemade frosting or store-bought frosting to make rosettes using a frosting bag and frosting tip. To top with chocolate ganache: Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave for one minute, then microwave ⅓ cup of milk for 35 seconds, stir together and pour on top of chilled cheesecake bars, and chill for another 30 minutes before slicing.
