Ingredients
Edible cookie dough chips
- ½ cup oat flour
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup pretzels, crushed
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Chocolate layer
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Pretzel topping
- ⅓ cup pretzels, small or whole
Instructions
Prep
- Crush pretzels for the base by using a bowl or cup or even crushing them in a storage bag.
Make crack with pretzels
- In a bowl, mix up the crack base ingredients.½ cup oat flour, ¼ cup peanut butter, 3 tablespoon maple syrup, ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the batter into a parchment-lined pan. Smooth with a glass or spoon. Layer with parchment paper to assist in pressing.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minutes. Spread over the pretzel dough.
- Layer pretzels over the cookie dough.
- Chill in freezer for 30 minutes or long enough to snap apart.1 cup chocolate chips
