These Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Pops are easy to make with just 5 ingredients, healthier than commercial frozen yogurt bars, high in protein, dairy free and gluten free. Perfect for adults and kids.
To a bowl, add the maple syrup, flour, yogurt, cocoa powder, peanut butter.
¼ cup maple syrup, 1 cup yogurt, ½ cup almond flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, ¼ cup peanut butter, runny
Mix until fully combined. Add a teaspoon or two of milk, or add more flour if the batter is too dry or too wet. *
Scoop the batter with a large or medium-sized scoop. Level the circles with a spoon, sprinkle with chocolate chips, press in popsicles sticks and freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil for 1 minute in the microwave. Allow to cool 10 minutes, then dip the frozen bars in, shake and lay on a fresh piece of parchment.
1 cup chocolate chips, 3 tablespoon coconut oil
The chocolate coating will set right away because the bars are frozen. Enjoy!
Store leftovers in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
