These Chocolate Orange Brownie Balls are no bake, wholesome, and made from protein-packed white beans. These no bake brownie balls have a bright chocolate orange fudge filling and a snappy chocolate shell. Made dairy free, and gluten free, these no bake orange chocolate treats are ready in 15 minutes!
Prep: Make date paste: Boil water or microwave it for one minute. Submerge 8-10 dates for 5 minutes. Pit them and blend with ⅓ cup of water for 30 seconds or until creamy.
In a blender or food processor, add ingredients.
¼ cup chickpeas, ¾ cup almond flour, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, 3 tablespoon orange juice, 3 tablespoon orange zest
Process until smooth and slightly sticky.
Divide the batter into balls. Use a 2-tablespoon scoop.
Freeze the balls if they seem sticky or loose.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute, let cool for 2 minutes.

Stir in coconut oil.

Dip the balls.
Top with orange zest while chocolate is still wet.

Notes
Fridge: Airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freezer: Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in fridge or at room temperature before eating.
White beans. Use unsalted and no other ingredients. Whole Foods 365, Eden, or Westbrae are good brands. Do not use Goya or any brand that adds additives and preservatives such as calcium chloride and calcium disodium EDTA.
