dates
soaked and pitted

tablespoon
peanut butter
or any nut or seed butter

cup (25g)
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
cup (75g)
almond flour
or 1 ¼ cup oat flour
¼
teaspoon
salt
3
tablespoon
milk
your favorite
Chocolate coating
½
cup (90g)
chocolate chips
1
tablespoon
coconut oil
Instructions
Prep
Soak dates in a pot of just-boiled water for 2 minutes, then drain, pit the dates and add them to a food processor.
Make date balls
Process the dates into a paste. Add 1-2 tablespoon of milk if needed to blend. Then add the rest of the ingredients and process.
6 dates,
2 tablespoon peanut butter,
¼ cup (25g) unsweetened cocoa powder,
1 cup (75g) almond flour,
¼ teaspoon salt,
3 tablespoon milk
Roll 6 balls and line them on a pan.
Make chocolate coating
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a heat-safe measuring cup, microwave for 1 minute. Stir until thick and creamy.
½ cup (90g) chocolate chips,
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Dip each ball into melted chocolate. Sprinkle with salt.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve.
