These no bake cookie dough donuts are made of high protein edible cookie dough with a soft texture and topped with a chocolate glaze. Ready in 15 minutes, this recipe is easy to make, safe to eat, dairy free, and gluten free!
1 cup almond flour, 2 tablespoon almond butter, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, pinch salt, ½ teaspoon baking soda
Mix all ingredients into a dough and fold in chips. If too sticky, add almond flour; if too dry add milk.
½ cup chocolate chips
Press the dough into a mini donut mold, or use a full-sized donut pan but make fewer.
Chill for at least 10 minutes or until they can be removed from the mold and retain shape.
Make chocolate glaze and apply
Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 1 minute, and dip donuts in to glaze the top. Line them glaze up on a baking sheet and refrigerate 5 minutes until the glaze is set.
