This sweet protein banana smoothie bowl is easy to blend up and serve with granola, peanut butter and fruit toppings. Fuel up with a gluten free, vegan and high protein breakfast smoothie bowl.
2 bananas, ¼ cup yogurt, 1 cup cauliflower, frozen and riced, 2 tablespoon nut butter, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Blend until creamy about 30 seconds. If the blender struggles, add a teaspoon or two of milk.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Sprinkle on toppings.
Notes
Pour the smoothie mixture into a sealed container, and store for 24 hours. After that, freeze in ice cube trays, and blend cubes with milk to make a smoothie bowl when needed.
