This single serve brownie protein cookie is mixed in one bowl, high in protein and baked in minutes. The fastest way to have a freshly baked brownie cookie for one. Dairy free, gluten free, and refined sugar free.

Instructions
Stir together maple syrup and peanut butter until smooth.

Mix in almond flour, cocoa, and milk until a thick dough forms.

1 tablespoon milk, dairy free,
⅛ teaspoon baking powder
Spread dough into a cookie shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with chocolate chips.
5-7 chocolate chips (topping)
Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes (optional, helps it hold shape).
Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes or microwave for 45–60 seconds. Cool before eating.
