For a ½ cup shallow ramekin (like mine), microwave for 30 seconds, then remove and return to microwave for another 15 seconds. If you use a deeper mug, microwave 45 seconds and another 30 seconds.

Oven directions: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Use an oven-safe ramekin or small pan. Grease it and bake for 6-8 minutes. Test the brownie center with a toothpick.Storage: Eat brownie immediately or refrigerate and microwave for 10 seconds to reheat but the texture might be drier.
