My Snickers brownie bites are a healthy candy recipe made with just 4 ingredients in an ice cube tray. These no bake Snickers bites are vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar free, dairy free, and will keep you energized.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for one minute. Dollop a teaspoon into each well of your ice cube tray.
1 cup chocolate chips
Make brownie crust
Mix crust ingredients in a bowl with a spoon.
1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoon cocoa
Press a teaspoon or so of crust mixture into the melted chocolate on the bottom of each ice cube tray well and use a small spoon to level the crust.
Make caramel layer
Mix the caramel ingredients in a bowl until creamy and dollop a teaspoon or less on the crust and level with a spoon.
¼ cup peanut butter, 1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
Add topping
Sprinkle on loose peanuts, press with a spoon to level them but don't submerge them.
½ cup peanuts
Add a teaspoon of melted chocolate on top of each ice cube tray well.
1 cup chocolate chips
Freeze filled trays for 30 minutes to 2 hours or however long it takes for your freezer to freeze them enough so you can remove them from the ice cube trays.

Storage. Refrigerated. In a sealed container, these vegan Snickers bites last 2 weeks.
Frozen. In a sealed container in the freezer, your healthy Snickers bites will last 6 months.
