These
watermelon gatorade shots
are naturally rehydrating and easy to make in a blender with 5 ingredients. Packed with electrolytes and zero added sugar, these shots are perfect after a workout or to hydrate.

Ingredients

cups
watermelon
½
cup
cucumber, sliced
peel or not, use English cucumbers
¼
cup
coconut water
2
tablespoon
lemon juice
pinch
salt
Instructions
Wash a watermelon and cut and collect the pink interior. Measure what you need and freeze or refrigerate the rest.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
2 cups watermelon,
½ cup cucumber, sliced,
¼ cup coconut water,
2 tablespoon lemon juice,
pinch salt
Blend until processed, about 10 seconds.
Pour into shot glasses or a bottle. or ice cube trays. Strain for faster absorbtion, or don't and keep nutritious fiber.
Notes
Strained shots
absorb fast for quick hydration and energy;
unstrained shots
absorb slower but add fiber benefits.
