Freeze some of your milk in ice cube trays. Once frozen, add to a blender.

Rinse the rolled oats in a strainer to remove some bitterness. Then add them to the blender.

If your dates are on the dry-side, soak them in a cup of just boiled water for 5 minutes. Then pit them, and add them to a blender.
