Gather Ingredients -rolled oats -cocoa, chocolate chips -milk, both liquid and frozen into ice cubes -dates or maple syrup -peanut butter

Step 1: Freeze some of your milk in ice cube trays. Once frozen, add to a blender.

Step 2: Rinse the rolled oats in a strainer to remove some bitterness. Then add them to the blender.

Step 3: If your dates are on the dry-side, soak them in a cup of just boiled water for 5 minutes. Then pit them, and add them to a blender.

Step 4: Add the rest of the ingredients, and pour in the rest of the milk as a liquid.

Step 5: Blend until creamy. Enjoy your smoothie! To save it, refrigerate for 2 days or freeze in ice cube trays until you want to blend it up and drink!
